I have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne Australia, majoring in Italian, politics, and Australian cultural studies and language. I also have a graduate diploma in education from the Australian Catholic University in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in teaching methods for Italian and English as a second language.
Experience
I have previously worked at the Penola Catholic College in Melbourne for almost a decade where I was an Italian teacher and English as a second language tutor. I also have a year of experience working as an English teacher at Kid's World in Rome, as well as prior experience working as an English teacher at Accademia Italiana in Rome. I have also previously worked at the Christian Brothers College in Melbourne for about 9 years as an Italian teacher and head of the language faculty. I can offer students English tutoring and private lessons from the primary school to the university level of study. At the moment, I am tutoring high school students and adults in Milan, Italy. I have a passion for education as well as great interpersonal skills which allow me to form really positive relationships with my students and help them maximize their progress. I am a native English speaker and am also fluent in Italian.
