I am currently in my third year studying Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Melbourne. I completed my VCE in 2014 with an ATAR score of 98.60
Experience
I have experience tutoring Year 10 maths and VCE Japanese. I grew up in Japan and continued my studies in Japanese at an Australian high school. I have completed fluency-level Japanese subjects at the University of Melbourne. I received excellent marks in mathematics in high school. I am able to provide students with lots of useful resources during sessions. Additionally, during one-on-one sessions, I am able to orient my instruction around the needs of each student. I can focus on the material that is most relevant to their goals, and I can guide them through skills and concepts at whatever pace is best for them. By using teaching techniques that fit their learning style, I can help students to learn more efficiently and engage with the content on a deeper level.
