Education
In 2014 I completed a master's degree in modern European and American languages and literature at the University of Cagliari in Italy. My main subjects were Spanish literature, English literature, and didactics of modern languages. I achieved the maximum score of 110/100, cum laude, upon graduating. I was also the recipient of the Faculty Master's Degree course award for the best 2014 graduate. In 2011, I completed a bachelor's degree in European and extra-European languages and cultures from the University of Cagliari in Italy. My main subjects were English literature, Spanish literature, and linguistics. I achieved the maximum score of 110/110, graduating cum laude. In addition to all of this, I also spent 10 months at the University of Barcelona (UB), in Spain for the Erasmus exchange program, achieving the maximum score (matricula de honor) in the linguistics exams.
Experience
I'm a passionate and dedicated foreign language tutor with excellent communication skills. I am a native Italian speaker and I am highly fluent in Spanish (C2 DELE diploma) and English (C1 certificated at the university level). I've gained experience working for 3 years as a Spanish tutor at an Italian university. I've also worked as a DELE exam (Spanish Language Certificate for Foreigners) collaborator, so we can definitely practice for the official exams together. I've given private Italian and Spanish lessons to primary, high school, and foreign university students. I am specialized in managing students' needs and maximizing the efficiency of learning tools in diverse settings. My aim is to focus on students' language achievements and I always try to make the lessons easy-going, fun, as well as effective. As an experienced private tutor in both Italian and Spanish, I offer a variety of services to students whether or not they are preparing for their VCE studies. These services include private tutoring from elementary to advanced levels in both Italian and Spanish, conversational lessons on daily life, grammar lessons, creative writings, travel basics, official DELE exam (levels A1-C2) preparation, A1-C2 Spanish PDF book materials, at flexible times, and locations.
