Education
I am currently undertaking a Ph.D. at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, conducting research into glioblastoma multiforme. I have completed a Bachelor of Science degree with honours at The University of Melbourne, where I majored in genetics.
Experience
I am available to tutor the subjects covered in my Bachelor of Science degree. These subjects include first-year biology, first-year psychology, and all genetics subjects up to the third and final year. I can also tutor second-year pathology, second and third-year biochemistry, as well as VCE biology, psychology, and English. I have also completed an internship as part of my studies at the Bio21 Institute, through which I obtained paid employment in a research laboratory. The subjects I am able to tutor are very close to my heart, as science is a passion of mine. Undergrad doesn't have to be hard and scary, these subjects offer so much and with a little support can open your mind to an exciting world of science. I have received a government research training scholarship as well as the Richard Larkins Prize and Nick Christopher scholarship for obtaining the highest mark in the honours program in 2016.
