Education
French is my native language but I spent more than 5 years in the United States so I am perfectly fluent in both languages. I obtained a Bachelors degree in France: General Engineering with additional classes in Signal Processing. I am currently studying a Masters of Engineering Project Management at the University of Melbourne.
Experience
I have two years of experience tutoring French high school students in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. What I really enjoy about tutoring French is the cultural exchange, the subtle differences in culture that emerge when learning new words. For the sciences, I enjoy explaining a simple issue in many different ways. Finding different approaches often helps the student better grasp the nuances, the details. I believe in building a solid understanding of the basics. Many errors are not due to difficulties in understanding abstract concepts but are due to overlooked calculation rules and methods that are not rigorous enough.
