I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors and a master's degree in Linguistics, Literature, and History from the University of Oviedo.

Experience

I was born in Oviedo, Spain, where I lived and studied for the first 23 years of my life. After completing my bachelor's and master's degrees, I moved to London to live and work for 18 years. In all, I have more than 10 years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language. As a Spanish tutor, I taught Spanish to both children and adults. I gained a great deal of experience in engaging effectively as I taught different ages, backgrounds, and learning capabilities. I was the official Spanish examiner at EasyJet Airlines, and I translated all their public announcements conducted on their 737 planes from English into Spanish. I am passionate about the Spanish language and all the culture, tradition, and history linked to it and I love sharing my passion and my knowledge with all my students. I offer 1-on-1 study sessions in which we work at your own natural pace.
