Alex P.

Private tutor in Melbourne, Australia

Education

At the moment, I am an undergraduate student at the University of Melbourne where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Mathematics and Statistics. In the first semester of my studies, I achieved First Class honors (H1) over Calculus 2 and Linear Algebra.

Experience

I have prior experience working as a tutor for a small number of young high school students in Years 9 to 10. I would like to continue working as a tutor because out of all the work I have previously done, nothing has been more enjoyable or rewarding than being able to help a student do what they previously thought they couldn't do, and help them to develop an appreciation for what is the language of the universe: mathematics. I have the necessary skills, experience, and expertise to provide interested students with quality private and personalized tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects and topics related to mathematics.
