As someone skilled in and able to teach various subjects, I have good interpersonal and teamwork skill that have been demonstrated through professional work experience. Being part of a large team is essential for efficiency in busy environments. Tutoring involves teamwork between myself and the student I am working with, as we collaborate one-on-one to meet any learning objective. I enjoy sharing knowledge and it also helps me learn in doing so. When tutoring, I first establish a friendship with the student so I can fully understand them and how they learn. I find that I also learn in the process. This lets me focus on the student's needs when covering subjects such as primary and secondary school math, reading, writing, and science. I can teach probability, pre-algebra, linear algebra, pre-calculus, trigonometry, social studies, programming, and software engineering.
